Developing the Logical Framework Matrix (Logframe)
• Structuring the Logframe: Goal, Purpose, Outputs, Activities, Indicators, and Assumptions
• Setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) indicators
• Linking project activities to desired outcomes
• Practical exercises: Developing a Logframe for a sample project

Monitoring and Evaluation in LFA

• Designing a monitoring and evaluation plan
• Collecting and analyzing data for performance measurement
• Using the Logframe for monitoring and evaluation purposes
